We can ship all of our products we produce under the Federal farm Act. As it stands, cannabis and by association, CBD with a THC concentration higher than 0.3% is illegal at the Federal level. Any CBD that is mailed must be under .03% THC to remain legal. We do not ship any product over .3% THC. 

No, our products contain zero THC and have no psychoactive affects. Some calmness may result from consumption of CBD products. 

No, all of the ingredients in our products are lab tested to check for the presence of THC and show zero THC content. After we have created our unique tinctures and salves we test them AGAIN to insure zero THC content. 

Note: Although our CBN products contain zero THC it has caused false positive results for THC. 

There are many uses for CBD, some of the most common are reduction of pain, anxiety and depression. CBD may also be used to alleviate some cancer-related symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. There are studies that show CBD may reduce acne and may be an effective way to treat neurological diseases.

The smallest amount possible. Rubbing into area of need for at least 1 minute increases absorption and efficacy.

First thing in the am after showering and as needed throughout the day for relief. Apply again in the evening before bedtime for lasting results.

For best results we suggest half a dropper in the am and half a dropper in the pm. The CBN should be taken in the evening as needed.

Store in a cool dry place. Keep at 60-75 degrees Fahrenheit.

There is no current evidence suggesting that CBD is addictive or habit forming.

There are no known incidences of illness caused by consumption of CBD oil. All products undergo rigorous testing to guarantee they are free of THC and any potential contaminants.
